The best product for back pain.
I have spondylithesis of L5-S1. The contrast therapy is a huge help with controlling pain. The compact size still puts out a lot of heat and cold. Very happy with purchase.

It heats up and cools down quickly, holds its temperature well, and is super easy to use at home, the gym, or while traveling. Perfect for soothing sore muscles, speeding up recovery, or just relaxing after a long day.

Great replacement for an ice pack
Very handy portable device for either cold/hot applications. Easy to strap on and apply. Have been using it for a triceps strain with the short strap which stays in place pretty well. May not be quite a cold as a real ice bag, but it definitely helps!

Really helps me with my sciatica recovery
I've been using this for a few weeks now, in combination with my physical therapy and Pilates reformer classes, for sciatica therapy, and it's been amazing. I also love how easy it is to travel with.

Cool little cube
This lil cube is very handy. So far I’ve used it to cool down the muscles in my forearm (the strap is very convenient) and to also warm up the neck and trap muscles on one of my clients before their massage. I plan to use this both personally and professionally in my massage practice.

This device is such great quality. It cools down as cold as ice and warms up just fine. The battery life is awesome. The straps are really cool too.

Functionally perfect but maybe not for me
I think it does exactly what it says it does. And does it well. It gets crazy cold and crazy hot. It’s magic. It functions reasonably well and the battery life is good. Truthfully I did not notice an improvement with shoulder muscle pain like heating pads and ice usually do. Not good for lower back inflammation. It’s too small but also too thick. I bet it works for people with calf or thigh pain. Very easy to control the location. But I found it almost impossible to apply on my back

Amazing! Love that I don have to put the ice pack in the freezer and don’t have to heat up the heat pad. Very convenient!
