How to use your SmartGoggles
Melt away stress, eye strain and prep for better sleep with SmartGoggles — a heated eye mask with compression massage and vibration.
Put on your SmartGoggles
Place the SmartGoggles over your eyes and adjust the strap for a comfortable, 100% blackout fit.
Power on and choose your treatment
Long press the power button to turn on. Short press to cycle through SmartRelax, Head & Eye Strain and Sleep Prep. Use the top-left buttons to adjust heat and vibration.
Lie back and relax
Close your eyes and let the heated eye massager melt tension away.

Relaxing
My husband purchased this for himself. I needed to relax and he suggested that I try the Therabody Smart Goggles. The goggles are a little heavy, but I got to use it. The vibration around eyes and forehead relaxed me that I fell asleep. I woke up refreshed and alert.

I love this product. Heat feels so good as well as the face massage. Really relaxing and helps with headaches. Highly recommend.

These are good. I love I can connect them to the app and get some variety in my sessions. I do with there was more air compression the vibration.

Effective goggles
I always use the sleep routine, it relaxes my mind and preps me well for sleep. Most of times I would fall asleep during the massage. I would definitely recommend this device for people who need to find ways to relax and sleep.

vibration rattling is annoying. not suitable for larger sized heads
The vibration causes a constant rattling sound which, to me, is annoying to have to listen to and needs to be turned off every time you turn them on. The heartrate data only works if you use the app and seems to require the entire session to be finished to get the limited summary of three numbers- initial, avg, and final heartrate. I have a size large head (about 60cm) and have to loosen band all the way out to their maximum for these to fit okay. My other brand eye massage mask has plenty of extra band length to fit larger heads. I am confused why the smartgoggles would not be sized to accommodate larger heads or more clearly listed as not suitable for larger heads.

Best purchase
Soothing relieves pressure for my temple and my eye pressure for my sickness and everything in their comfort level. The only negative thing is to be beep noise. It bothers my wife she’s a lite sleeper it’s me changing the Setting. Beside that 💯 perfect

The head strap on these is not the most comfortable and because of the location and width cuts into the top of your ear some. It definitely needs slightly redesigned to be more comfortable so it sits on. Your head and face better.

poor delivery experience
i ordered the therabody smartgoggles from best buy because there was a $40 discount, and the delivery arrived three hours after the expected time. i wasn’t home and the order was canceled and returned rather than attempting a second delivery the next day

Everything I Didn’t Know I Needed
I have a lot of tension headaches. I have a high stress personality. My brother recommended these theragoogles. I have used them every day since I got them. I think they really help decrease tension and stress. Thankful to have something like this.

I like these goggles. My only issue is that the area of the google over my left eye doesn’t get warm like the right side. I’ve been too busy to contact Therabody.
