How to use your ThermBack LED

Put on the wrap
Wrap ThermBack LED around your lower back and secure the straps snugly. For the best LED benefits, wear it directly on bare skin.
Power on and choose your therapies
Press and hold the power button to turn on. Toggle the heat, LED and vibration settings to find your ideal combination.

Lower back pain
It is easy to use and I love it. I wore it when I worked on yard and turn it on when I felt my back hurting. By doing so I extended the time I worked on the yard. It is really worth the money.

A fabulous product
Although the Therabody is specifically for back pain, I found that it is a great product to ameliorate my hip pain. It just took a little wiggling to get the equipment on the right place and my it feels as though my hip is smiling.

Heat pad
Not sure if it is helping my back pain but having a heat pad that I can wear around and turn on easily is nice

Very Effective Device
I’ve been using this product daily since I bought it, and it has effectively alleviated my back pain and also served as a preventive measure to reduce future pain. I recommended it to my sister who had back surgery last year and she loves it as well.

Works good but a bit small
I own the old model of the Therma back and really love it. I take it with me tho all my travels to help with my back pains. Eventhough the old model is still working, I figured that it’s time for an upgrade. The new Therma back LED works great and I’m loving it. The only thing that I’m not too happy with is that the belt is a bit short for me and I really have to tighten it up in order to be able to close it. Also, wish that the battery can be removed so that it will be easier for me to take it when I travel.

I was blessed to get this for free from the Tamron Hall show. It is an amazing product. After a long day of driving, it gives me the relief my back needs.

Best back massager ever
This is the best thing for my lower back ever. I’ve tried many massagers. Nothing even comes close to the level that this one’s at just the right amount of massage and the right amount of heat, I absolutely love it

yeah this thing is great for the back. my wife somehow puts it on her stomach without the vibration just to warm her stomach. my back pains get nice and juicy for the next days workout. i feel much more comfortable to bend the back more often so because of this device.

I should’ve brought this a long time ago. Great product even though I haven’t used the infrared option on the product. After a long day on my feet my back is sore so when I get home I put it on at it helps a lot.

Exactly what I wanted
I’ve been really enjoying this back wrap. Gets nice and hot and the vibration options and great. Not sure if the lights do anything but can’t hurt.
